Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch pan.
Mix sweetener, coconut flour, cocoa, sweetener, and chocolate chips in large bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in dry mix until smooth.
Spread into prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven until desired doneness is reached.

To give as gifts, layer the dry ingredients into a pint sized mason jar along with the recipe instructions.If the brownies taste a little bitter try adding a bit less cocoa powder and a bit more sweetener to taste.
