Ingredients

– Low Carb Pulled Pork – Cauliflower – Tomatoes – Green Bell Pepper – Green Chillies or Jalapéño – Low Carb Taco Seasoning – Parmesan – Grated Mozzarella Cheese –Salt and Ground Black Pepper  – Olive Oil

Instructions

In a baking sheet lined with slightly greased parchment paper, spread cauliflower florets. Brush lightly with olive oil.

Roast cauliflower in a preheated oven at 375°F for 5 to 7 minutes.

Top cauliflower florets with pulled pork, tomatoes, bell pepper, parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Add chillies on the side.
