    And the same is true for Applebee's! You can enjoy a comforting meal from Applebee's without breaking your ketosis. In this post, I'm sharing all the possible Applebee's keto options for you to try.

    Are Applebee's wings keto-friendly?

    Applebee's wings are not keto. Both the boneless and double crunch bone-in wings are breaded in high-carb flour and smothered in sugary sauce.

    The macros for the plain boneless wings include 31 grams of fat, 40 grams of protein, and 50 grams of total carbs. And the sauce alone adds another 50 grams of carbs!

    Does Applebee's do lettuce-wrapped burgers?

    While Applebees doesn't technically have a lettuce wrap on their menu, you can always ask for an extra piece of lettuce to create a lettuce-wrapped burger –  DIY style!

      Hi 👋🏼 I was just wondering why your saying apple bees double crunch bone in wings are not keto friendly? When I look up the nutrition for them on the apple bees website the macros are 57 grams of fat, total carbs 7g, and calories 790, protein 60g and that’s with the classic Buffalo sauce. I’m truly curious because I had those for dinner thinking I was staying in ketosis now I’m scared I ruined my diet. Please explain to me I feel so dumb right like I don’t know how to properly read a label.
